Do email lists
help reach people?
CharlesWorks LLC
Whether for
personal use or business use, you may
often want to contact a large number
of people at the same time.
How many times have you purchased an
item at a store simply because it
was right there in front of you on a
display?
In the same way, Email marketing
provides an affordable way to put
products and services in front of
your clients and prospects. It also
helps to maintain your relationship
by reminding them of how you can
help them. For example, what
specials you might be offering,
current new product information, new
services or staff.
Although printed material can be
effective, email marketing can
target an infinite number of people
for one low price.
You can send announcements, family

Scam Alert
Has this
happened to you?
You're at any
website (we've seen this on MySpace and Face Book) and a
POP UP appears that warns you that an infection has
been found and you need to "click here to run a free
scan".
|
BEWARE and take
CAUTION because this can actually infect
your machine with a virus! |
If your
computer really did have a virus, your virus protection
software will usually send you a message stating that it
detected a virus and has removed it.
What to do if you encounter a pop up such as this:
|
1. |
Press Ctrl, Alt,
and Del keys all at the same time |
|
2. |
Enter the task
manager |
|
3. |
Under
applications tab, highlight the Internet
Explorer icon |
|
4. |
Click on "end
task" |
|
If you are
unable to accomplish this, then ungracefully turn off
the machine (without closing any windows or programs,
press and hold machine power button). This method will
cause you to lose any unsaved data that you were
currently working on, but will save you the expense and
frustration of having to have the machine cleaned of
viruses. |
